What I liked

I was treated in Primrose Ward and found the staff to be exceptinoally kind and helpful.

I felt I was actaully important and not just another patient. I was impressed by the fact the Radiographer/Consultant even took the time personally on a Friday afternoon to telephone me to tell me the good news rather than wait for my appointment the following Wednesday, so I did not have to worry over the weekend. ALL the staff went out of the way to make my appointments as stress free as possible. I believe Derriford Hospital from my experience to be an excellent Hospital.
