"Hugely impressed by professionalism and care"

I have only praise and gratitude for the treatment and kindness I experienced recently when I was unexpectedly admitted to PRUH by ambulance after collapsing while out cycling in the local countryside on Saturday 21/3/15. The system worked like clockwork and the staff at every level were friendly, compassionate, respectful and reassuringly expert throughout the ensuing three days of tests, monitoring and treatment. My sincere appreciation to everyone involved with the ambulances, in A&E and then sequentially on the ward and CCU that I was subsequently referred to as in in-patient. You do a marvelous job and I am very happy to acknowledge your great work... Many thanks!
