I want to complain but the phone line is a recording I rang at 8 and have not had a reply at 5.`10 The complaint discharged on thursday 19 and was told that i would need to see a eye nurse in one week a letter would be sent .Monday the 30 no appointment sent rang appointment line and was told they had nothing to offer me.If the surgeon thought i needed a review in one week 2 or three weeks are neglectful.Do you need more staff? By submitting I accept the moderation rules and terms and conditions these are unaceptable
