About: Lymington New Forest Hospital

I want to complain but the phone line is a recording I rang at 8 and have not had a reply at 5.`10 The complaint discharged on thursday 19 and was told that i would need to see a eye nurse in one week a letter would be sent .Monday the 30 no appointment sent rang appointment line and was told they had nothing to offer me.If the surgeon thought i needed a review in one week 2 or three weeks are neglectful.Do you need more staff? By submitting I accept the moderation rules and terms and conditions these are unaceptable

Thank you for posting your feedback on NHS Choices regarding your follow up eye appointment at Lymington New Forest Hospital. There is an answer phone in the Complaints and PALS Office at Lymington Hospital which confirms the team will contact callers by the end of the next working day. I am sorry there was no-one available to speak with you when you rang the number yesterday. I understand you have spoken with the Complaints and PALS team this morning and they have escalated your concerns to the senior management team at the hospital, who will investigate this matter and will call you to apologise and seek a resolution.
