I was privileged to be at the birth of my daughter Sarah's first baby on the 2nd of February at the Conquest and I would like to thank all the staff for the wonderful care she received. Whether it was visits to Murray Ward for ante-natal care, the delivery suite or post-natal ward, we always found all members of staff we encountered to be not only professional and efficient but also courteous and pleasant with a real sense of respect and care for you as an individual. We only moved to this area from south London last year and the service here bears no comparison to the woeful experience our family and friends have encountered there. So thanks again to all the maternity staff at the Conquest and special thanks to the midwife who delivered my beautiful grandson, they were brilliant.
