Friendly professional staff
What could be improved
The food was horrible, especially cold hard toast every morning.
Anything else?
The cleaning could be improved. Instead of cleaning around items why not pull them out (they are all on wheels) and thoroughly clean. Just take a look at the corners of the ward and you will see dirt that has probably been there for a long time.
