On behalf of Rick's work colleagues, can I offer our sincere thanks for the efforts made by the A&E team and the Ambulance Service Paramedics on Rick's behalf after his collapse on the flight back to Manchester from Dubai. I think we knew a successful outcome was unlikely, but that did not prevent everyone from doing their absolute best. It was an example of exemplary team work. Our thanks again
