"Above and beyond expectations."

Attended A&E at 9.30pm with elderly Mother who had badly cut her leg following a fall. The waiting room was full and I understand they were very short staffed. The care she received was excellent, nothing was too much trouble which was amazing considering how stretched their resources were. Particular mention must be given to the sister on duty, who treated Mum with respect, kindness and common sense. Full marks to a great team.
