"Telephone consultation"

About: St John's Hospital

(as the patient),

I have yet to recieve satisfaction from this new ' telephone system' my first point is I cannot walk about at work waiting for a doctor to call. Second point, what if you have no credit in your phone or you were elderly and couldn't afford a phone. My third point I have had to take hours off my work just to wait on a phone call. Very disappointed in this great new system.
