I can not fault the care i received this week in the emergency department at Royal Blackburn Hospital. Staff were caring and re-assuring during what was a frightening time for me. I was seen very quickly and felt the resulting move straight into a room matched the severity of my symptoms. The Doctor was very clear, i knew at all times what to expect and felt involved in decisions over my care. Thanks
