"Our stay now"

About: The Royal London Hospital

Since he came to the hospital on Friday it has been nightmare we arrived at 0700 we were let in to the ward and met by miserable surly staff who showed us to a room and we were told to sit there. We were seen at 0900 by the anaethnastist. After that we were sitting there not knowing what was going on till 1100 am then we spoke to a nurse who said they were in charge but to me did not have a clue. Next we asked to speak to someone in charge the bed coordinator who I found very Rude and matter of fact. We were told another patient would be operated on first as he was elderly not a problem but the lack of information and rudeness from the nursing staff my husband was stressed before the operation which should not have happened and I was also very angry at the treatment towards my husband. He was asked to change in a day room not shown the toilets at all. I had to take his belongings home. I visited him today he is on ward 3d no one has come to see him to look at him or look at the wound or even a physio. He was asked to get out of bed and go for a shower also no duty of care considering he has had a major operation. I am appalled at the London hospital and there lack of duty of care to my husband.
