"staff are rude and they just stand about"

About: Lister Hospital

Been waiting from 2:30 till 18:33 and still not been seen, I've found some of the staff are rude and slow! Some of them look like they haven't got a clue, walking around the waiting room with there hands on there heads, a few smiles to make the patients happy would not hurt at all! I think something should be done about this, it's beyond ridiculous!
