Today I went for a booked appointment at the Saturday blood clinic, the waiting room was clean and easily accesable with my Zimmer frame. The person who took my blood said they were agency and was extremely friendly and calming. I've recently had a lot of medical issues meaning a lot of blood tests and she performed the most gentle and painless one I've had. They couldn't have been anymore helpful or kind.
