"rude maternity staff"

About: Homerton University Hospital

Rude and sometimes aggressive maternity staff ruined sister's first childbirth (one lovely maternity student). One new midwife was ridiculously poor at even simple tasks. Other midwife very aggressive and impatient. I was personally threatened by a member of staff who 'squared' up to me because they thought I'd said something rude (I hadn't even opened my mouth and they had heard someone in another cubicle talking about sandwiches!?) Same staff member was very impatient and unhelpful with new mothers requests for help.
