"Recent visit to a&e"

I have recently spent five days in Salford hospital, prior to being in the Royal Oldham hospital A&E I would just like to take the opportunity to thank all of the good people of both hospitals who administered treatment to me during a difficult time for both myself and my family. I would like to commend all the staff I encountered, from paramedics, surgeons, to porters, nurses, to cleaning staff. I received nothing but exemplary care from all who I came into contact with. You hear people speak of the money spent NHS, but this free establishment must be kept going no matter what cost.
