"Memory clinic visit with my mother"

About: Tolworth Hospital / Memory clinic

(as a relative),

We attended a follow up visit to the Memory Clinic at Tolworth Hospital, further to my mother being diagnosed with Alzheimer's last year.

We were seen almost immediately and my mother's current memory capability was discussed in detail. She carried out the relevant question and answer session, she was treated with respect and care by a very pleasant clinical nurse.

A consultation was carried out after our visit and a follow up call was made to me by the clinical nurse to advise of further diagnostic follow up home visits before the next clinic appointment in 5 month's time.
