"Rude doctor in the oral department"

About: City Hospital (Birmingham)

I went to the hospital where I had to be seen by the consultant, and as soon as I entered the room the consultant said ur back again after three years and if it's the same problem there is not much I can do. I tried explaining my signs and symptoms however the consultant didn't show any empathy and was very rude, asking me what I want them to do. I was very disappointed that I was spoken to with abrupt and loud tone of voice. The consultant also made facial expressions whilst touching my mouth if they were going to catch something. I was so angry and left the hospital therefore I requested to see another consultant for his opinion.
