"Appointments"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

My husband should have attended an appointment in July 2014 it was cancelled 3 times.it was meant to be rearranged but never was. I rang last week to find out why and the person gave in my opinion a poor excuse for staff sickness well sorry it's the doctor he should have been seeing not staff. Your quick enough to put about patients not turning up or cancelling appointments. He's now recieved his appointment for May no apology or a reasonable excuse as to why he was left sitting and waiting for nearly 8 months and he was really forgotten about. How many other patients does this happen to I wonder
