When I brought my 79 year old mum for her cataract operation the staff were amazing,so caring and thoughtful.from going in till my mum was taken to the front door at the end of her treatment we can not praise them enough .this was a difficult time as my dear mum has short term memory loss and needs someone she knows with her at all times in stressful situations.but at no time was we made to feel that we were being a drain on the staffs time and the staff were very busy that day ,but they all had smiles on their faces and took time to explain everything to you and it was not only us everyone got the same treatment .thanks for every thing Thanks is such a small word for the wonderful things that they do
