"Excellent service at the Childrens Resource Centre"

I took my Granddaughter to the Childrens Resource Centre on Friday 20 March. The Centre was extremely busy. The service we received - from the Receptionist, the Consultant, the Nurses, the Phlebotomist - was extremely good. My Granddaughter, who is just 8, was treated as an individual with individual needs. Every step of her care on that day was explained clearly at a level suitable for both my Granddaughter and me. A blood test which was required, which could have been a traumatic experience, was provided with clear explanation and carried out professionally. I am confident that the handling of this procedure will allay any fears should further tests be required in the future. Please pass on my thanks to everyone at the Centre.
