(as a service user),

What is the point of TRAQS, it seems to be merely another layer in the NHS that only serves to add unnecessary cost and does not speed matters up

TRAQs – what does it do?

TRAQS is a service for people in Telford and Wrekin allowing patients to be seen in the right place, first time. If a GP decides to refer a patient for an appointment or treatment, TRAQS will contact the patient to help get this arranged. This is done through a central point of contact using local call centre staff who have local knowledge of the area and transport options.
