(as the patient),

After being referred by my GP for physio, I was contacted by TRAQS within a few days. And had an appointment the following week at my preferred clinic. My therapist showed care and respect, helped with appropriate advice and treatment. I left with a printed sheet of exercises to perform daily. I was then booked in for a follow up appointment the next week. I was impressed with the service I received.
