"All in all, a good experience"

About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I had not been to this hospital before so arrived early in order to get my bearings. The lad on reception was pleasant and welcoming, directing me where to go and I had no sooner sat down when my name was called. All in all, a good experience.
