"Caring, supportive and empathetic staff"

I cannot rate this centre highly enough. We were referred to the centre by our GP. Every single person we saw (receptionist, nurses, counsellor, consultant) treated us with respect, dignity and sensitivity through a difficult diagnosis of fertility problems and the ongoing tests and treatment required. Our care was exactly the same the first time we used the centre for IUI treatment funded by the NHS and the second time we received IUI when we were self funded. Due to the high levels of care, compassion and professionalism we now have two beautiful, healthy boys - all thanks to the Bath Fertility Centre and the people who work there.
