"7 year old left bleeding and in pain"

About: Grantham & District Hospital My Nursery

I went to the out of hours service at grantham as my 7 year old daughter tooth was bleeding really bad and she was in so much pain and she had a growth on it as well. We went in to see doctor but as soon as I said it was her tooth the doctor said "no, I can't do anything to help." The doctor didn't even look at the tooth or how much it was bleeding, didn't want to know. I've never been so angry and upset, my daughter was left in pain and bleeding for another hour. Grantham hospital is a joke and I do not want to go back there any more.

Sincere apologies for the time to reply. The Out of Hours service is not managed by either Grantham Hospital or United Lincolnshire Hospitals, it is run by Lincolnshire Community Healthcare Trust as this service is run by GPs who use some of the hospital space for this service. I know it is very confusing when we do host services belonging to other healthcare providers.
