11 3 15 . Had archilies op , was day case or 1 night . Unfortunately I was in for 4 days . I was treated with the utmost care , understanding and dignity , nothing was to much trouble. From the porters , nurses catering staff , lovely nurse helpers , even the theatre staff who put me at my ease . Thank you , I have visited the outpatient orthopedist department , which is also well run efficient and caring , thank you . Jan x
