About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

I spent over 2 hours trying to get hold of a person that deals with Diabetes! No one answers the phone on either of the phone numbers at Gloucester royal hospital.. After 2 hours I was told I would be put through to an operator.. after 20 minutes I was told they are not picking up the phone either! and to phone back after a few hours... Bearing in line this is a hospital I try using the automated system I got no response to the words... Diabetic or Diabetes,... it ended up giving me a list of wards? How can I rate my care here?... Do they give any? I cant get hold of anyone at 11.30 am to 1.30pm maybe every one was at lunch? Any not able to visit as I cant get am appointment!
