"AED and Ward 36- excellent care"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

Our Dad was admitted via emergency ambulance on Sunday 15th March. The doctor was kind, caring, listened, showed empathy and compassion at a very stressful time. We would like to thank them for all they did for our Dad. Dad was transferred to CCU for a short period and then to Ward 36. The registered nurses and nursing assistants were so lovely and they looked after our Dad really well. Nothing was any trouble and his care was excellent. Thank-you everyone you got it 100% right

Thank you very much for your kind comments. We are extremely grateful that you have taken the time to provide this feedback. Our staff work hard to try to ensure that a patient’s experience whilst at the hospital is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and they are always considerably heartened and motivated on learning how much their efforts have been appreciated. We have passed your kind sentiments to staff in our Emergency Department and Ward 36. If we can be of further assistance in any way, please do not hesitate to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on freephone 0800 432 0251, email wih-tr.pals@nhs.net or in writing to PALS, Arrowe Park Hospital, Arrowe Park Road, Upton, Wirral, CH49 5PE.
