"Urology follow up"

I had a kidney stone and was treated with lithotripsy. This worked and all is fine. I have just received a follow up telephone consultation (I was sent a letter with the date and time of the telephone call) and I wanted to say how good this was - what a saving of time and money for everyone involved. I did not have to go all the way to the hospital (over an hour in travelling), or waste a 10 minute appointment! The phone call lasted 3 minutes and we covered everything! I wish more telephone consultations could be done like this.
