The medical staff treated me with absolute kindness and care. Genuine concern to provide an excellent service. Everything was explained. A bit of waiting but nothing untoward. Having not eaten for 24 hrs the tea,biscuits and sandwiches were a thoughtful treat. The amount of sedation was perfect for me and I felt completely normal by the time I got home and had a short nap. I felt like a person rather than a patient on a list and I appreciated having my procedure closer to home rather than having to go to RDE which is so much bigger and busier.
