"Never experienced better"

I have been treated with care, respect, consideration and a very friendly attitude by the staff at Salford. I have been attending this hospital for over 18 years and have never found a single thing in my treatment to complain about. My care at the 5 departments I am treated by is first rate. My care is complete with each department aware of all my other treatments so I never have contraindication medication or treatments. I get only one regular blood test that covers all my required monitoring rather than one for each department.. All my regular appointments are booked for the correct frequency and I don't get appointments set out of step with a test or scan. i.e. I get appointments with the relevant department after the test or scan needed for the appointment. Only one thing can be complained about in regard to use of this hospital. Arrive PTS service is abominable and makes appointments a chore before and after treatment. This was never the case with North West Ambulance Service running the PTS.
