Our son was admitted to the RFH this week with bacteraemia. The care was exceptional. we felt safe, protected and very well looked after by all staff. During the day in the ward the nurse was fantastic as was the teacher on the ward. The room needed a lick of paint but to be honest who cares, given how good the care and facilities were. I'd rather see peeling paint and have the amazing care we had. Not sure my son even realised he was ill and in hospital. You do an amazing job given the current constraints. And A+E care was also amazing. I'm glad we saw the real NHS behind the misleading headlines. Keep up the good work.
