There was no appointments available when I was sick and I was frustrated. I wrote about the surgery in NHS Choices. It was a bad remark.
The practice manger asked me to phone her. I thought they are asking me to phone them to find about my health. In fact they told me off for writing a bad remark on NHS Choices and told me GP will phone me.
I waited a day for GP to phone so that I can sort my condition or I get an appointment. GP also questioned me about why I put the remark on NHS Choices and very defensive. If this is the case what is the reason NHS Choices is keeping the comment page?
I am moving the surgery to another surgery where I can get an appointment without any problem. I strongly feel that this surgery should be closed where they cannot deal with the patient problems.
I think the practice manger's office should be moved or they should be asked to come downstairs and see the patients. What is the use of a practice manger in the surgery where patient cannot have any access to them?
