"Do not understand the need for TRAQS at all"

First contact was with an ill-tempered operator who couldn’t grasp that I didn’t know what your organisation is all about – I still don’t. Frankly I found the experience a total waste of time and just adds another tier of bureaucracy that I personally don't think is needed, not wanted and costs unnecessary money. Do not understand the need for TRAQS at all.
