"I was supported in a calm, relaxed atmosphere"

I attended Inclusion Matters – one on one meetings from August 2014 until January 2015. I was supported in a calm, relaxed atmosphere where my therapist listened, encouraged me to be open and re-assured me in ways that I was unable to do myself. I thought I could deal with my problem (a relationship of over 25 years had ended through separation), but I needed people or someone who listens, doesn't judge and shows great patience. I felt, through attending Inclusion Matters, I gained an inner strength and became clearer in dealing with and understanding my pain.
