"Waiting Time in A&E for 4.5 hours without Pain Relief"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

After being brought in by Ambulance Car I was asked to wait in A&E. I did this for 5 hours before being seen finally by a doctor and then given pain relief.

There was no triage nurse on duty so I sat in pain for this extensive period of time.
