Great care and attention on ward 12

"Great care and attention on ward 12"

(as a relative),

My mum was a patient in ward 12 for a number of weeks. Although it is obvious to see that all the staff are extrely busy sometimes rushed off their feet it was great to see the nursing staff treating my mum with kindness and at cheery attitude at all times.

As a family we were welcomed to visit anytime due to some work commitments and were regularly updated on mums progress and were fully aware of plans for her discharge.
