"2 hours wasted"

After hurting my knee I went in to a & e as the pain was unbearable, I saw the nurse then was waiting to be seen after waiting 2 hours. I was then told I will have to see the gp and wait even longer. I didnt even get a choice and if I wanted to see the gp I would have rang 111 and asked to see one. But a gp saw me after 30 mins they didnt kniw what was wrong and gave me some bandage and told me if I was in pain in two days go back to the doctors what a waste of time still in pain and cant walk and they have no idea what damage I have done. The hospital needs looking at there were children and babies sitting there for hours aswell who should be 1st in line to be seen I can see now why they have a poor reputation
