"Pathetic and inadequate"

About: Colchester General Hospital

From being given multiple incorrect information and being led to the wrong location 4 times we are now waiting with a child's head injury for over 3 hours.

I apologise you’ve not had a good patient experience. We try really hard to improve our services based on the comments we receive from our patients, their relatives or carers.
