"Annoyed with follow-ups"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

I was in a bad accident in august 14, I couldn't really stay concious and was in a very bad way, during my time in the intensive care war up until discharge I was cared for very well, but since that, my appointments there have been anything but helpful. On one occasion I have traveled to stoke for an appointment (bearing in mind I live in tamworth about 50 miles away) to find out my appointment had been cancelled and "should have been informed" although I didnt receive the letter informing me until later that day, two doctors who I have seen to follow up the brain damage I recieved and a broken neck were not helpful to me whatsoever, they were somewhat rude and despite my GP getting in contact with them about further problems I have with these injuries, they won't respond to my GP. Another problem is that after my accident all of my belongings were lost at the hospital and even now nearly 8 months later I am waiting for money to replace it.
