We always strive to deliver safe, personal & effective care so if there are areas that we need to improve in we really appreciate people getting in touch- as you have- to comment and support us to do so. If you would like to talk through your visit to us with one of our Patient Experience team so we can understand the bits of your mother's carer and her experience that made this so poor for you we would really value this so that we can try to improve things for every patient visiting our hospitals and services.
