The staff on the respiratory care ward (J10) at St James' in Leeds were fantastic whilst my grandfather was dying. They supplied us with tea and gave us all as much time as we needed. They also organised a more comfortable chair for my 91 year old Nanna as she had been there all day.
As a family we were well respected, well cared for and well supported.
