"The care of my Mother was second to none."

My, Mother could have not had better care if she had been in a Bupa Hospital, she was admitted to Pemberton Ward on the 17. 02 15 and the Sister explain in full what treatment and care they were doing for my Mum. Sadly on the 19th at 8.20am we got the call that Mum had requested us to go to her, with rush hour traffic and road works we got there for 9.30am and never left her side until 11.20 pm Sunday evening (22.02.15) until after my Mother sadly past away. So I saw first hand how hard the staff on Pemberton Ward worked, for the other patient's on the ward when their friends and family where not with them. We was always kept in form with everything plus they even put a bed in the Mums room for us, so my daughter & I could take turns to sleep and they brought in a trolley of tea, coffee and snacks in for our use. This as far as I concerned this is beyond nursing care of my Mother, but also making sure the close family were looked after. At, 7.50pm Saturday night, my Mum wanted a fried egg, and guess what, they managed to get one to her by 8.pm, we could not believe it and laughed about it.
