"Thank you for caring for my father"

About: Wansbeck Hospital

My father has been a patient of Wansbeck many times and other than one occasion we found his treatment to be first class from the consultants to the care assistants. Upon his death in ward 22 this month (March 2015) we found all staff to be extremely sensitive, accommodating and helpful no matter if it was daytime or the middle of the night and were truly grateful to them all. I could not comment on the same sex question.

Dear Julie, Please accept my sincere condolances on the death of your father - it is exceptionally kind of you to find the time to share this with us given all you must be going through. It is very reassuring to hear that your experience of ward 22 has been a very positive one. Please do let us know if there's anything at all that you may need. We'd like to help where we can, With best wishes, Annie
