"Made my stay comfortable and worry free"

I would like to say what a positive experience I had in your hospital. I had an excellent surgeon Mr. Sheridan and his wonderful team who prepared me for surgery. The surgical staff was the best. They explained everything to me and made my stay very comfortable and worry free.

All the nurses and aids In Elizabeth’ Ward were very nice to me. They provided anything I asked for and always in a timely manner (especially night staff despite being short staffed) I received extensive help and assistance, which I really appreciated. My pain was always under control.

The whole staff and housekeeping crew were excellent. The food was of good variety and quality and served hot when needed. The hospital rooms appeared nice and clean.

I would also like to mention my very positive experience in Pre-op department and in blood clinic – all the staff is doing an outstanding job.

I hope I don't have to stay in the hospital again any time soon but I feel very lucky to have Watford Hospital at my door step.
