On the 20th. February I had a CT scan, the staff were excellent everything explained carried out on time I could not have wished for a better service. Since then nothing. The leaflet supplied advises that if I had not received the result in 10 days to contact the consultant,(leaflet 154n). I contacted the Consultants secretary who informed me that my case was being assessed on Thursday 12th. March and I would be updated on the Friday by telephone or in the week starting Monday 16th. by mail. neither has happened. I feel my life is on hold because I cannot plan anything while the administrators fail to back up the work of top class medical staff.
