"Loss of my partner's life"

About: Royal Free Hospital

My partner was transferred to Royal Free Hospital from Royal Surrey County Hospital for a liver transplant assessment. He was assessed to be ineligible by Royal Free the next day because of his loss of body weight. Why was he not properly reviewed by RSCH's consultants before they transferred him over. Its a matter of passing the buck from one hospital to another hospital. My partner then spent another 5 days in Royal Free before he wasted away without any palliative care from the hospital. He was eventually transferred to a hospice where he finally decided to give up a day after being admitted.
