"Ambulatory care"

Having recently attended the ambulatory care department, emergency eye clinic and MRI department recently I am writing to feedback that the quality of the care we received was excellent. Every staff member was kind and sensitive and genuinely seemed to care and this made a stressful situation so much more manageable for us. The staff in ambulatory care were, without exception helpful and efficient and we were very grateful to be telephoned by a Dr to receive the results of an MRI on the same day. The staff on reception were very welcoming and willing to help and the nurses and the Dr we saw were equally kind, reassuring and professional. We left the hospital feeling very grateful for the NHS and the fantastic people that work in it. Thank you very much.
