"Slow"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital (Taunton)

Was admitted with suspected appendicitis on Wednesday evening was discharged on Friday afternoon, it took all of this time to receive one ultrasound scan, which i was told by the scanner that it doesn't pick up the appendix very well, if at all. So two nights in hospital and starved for 24hrs just to be told there not sure what the problem is so we're sending you home, even though to control the pain I was on morphine and codeine and still in pain. Was sent home with ibuprofen, like that's going to help! Nurses were great it was the speed in which the doctors acted that annoyed me, they've wasted all that time doing nothing and then complain about bed shortages. As I am now home still in the same situation as I was admitted in I will be attending the Royal Devon & Exeter hospital if I need readmission.
