"Fantastic service"

Attended Minor injuries tonight with my son with a suspected broken arm for further assessment following a visit to local hospital We were seen very quickly and had the X-ray performed by a radiographer who was fab in dealing with my son - who was tired and tearful. He was put at ease and sat really well for his X-ray. No sooner were we back in the waiting area the nurse practitioner and a paramedic (I think doing training in dept) called us through again they too were so great with my son - chatting with him and making him smile. He was really upset when the pot was put on his arm but they continued to reassure. I felt fully informed about the break my son had and the care he would need for next few weeks whilst it heals. Thank you for looking after us so well and not for the first time, I feel we always get excellent care when we have to attend with our boisterous son who will continue to think he is invisible I'm sure.
