"COPD in community sevice"

As a senior health worker in another trust I'm appalled at the extremely poor service provided by the community COPD team. They either don't burger contacting my mother and/or don't turn up to see her as promised. The service is haphazard and some staff have a serious attitude problem. I'm shocked that this even runs anymore. You wait a horrendous time for your referral to be addressed only to be totally let doe by the false promise of a community visit.
